1. Orders & Payments

1.3. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and instructions to proceed.

 

2. Pick-up Points

2.1. Once order & payment is successful, you may choose your pick up points. Orders can be picked up at the following locations:

  • XIMI VOGUE THE MALL GADONG 
  • ABOKADO RIMBA POINT 
  • ABOKADO AMAN HILLS

*Please note that clearance items are available only at XimiVogue,TheMall.

2.2. You will be notified by our team when your order is ready for pick-up.

2.3. Order processing time will be around 2 - 5 working days

2.4. Simply show your order confirmation email when collecting your order. 

 

3. Can I pay by Cash? 

3.1. We only accept payment through bank transfer only.

 

4. Can I exchange my product? 

4.1. Exchange can be made if defect found due to manufacturer error. We allow exchange with same products, or products with same price or more. Exchange policy is valid within 3 days after collection.

 

5. Can I cancel my order? 

5.1 Yes, you may cancel your order if payment has not been made.

 

6. Do you provide delivery service? 

6.1. We offer delivery services to the following locations with the corresponding charges:

  • BSB Area: BND 5
  • Tutong, Belait & Temburong: BND 8

6.2. The minimum order for delivery is $15.

6.3. Free Delivery is provided for purchase BND 30 and above.
